I am in very deep need of dental work. I have several dry sockets and badly infected gums. Because of this my blood pressure is very elevated and I am very overweight from the lack of energy going to fighting the infections. I am currently unemployed and am looking for work, have no insurance and no savings and cannot sell my vehicle, as where I live is not on any bus line.

When a tooth acts up and hurts, it is VERY intense and debilitating. I know from information gathered and friends and relatives that have gone through this that there is a possibility that I can die from this. I am definately NOT ready to go just yet. I have no means to pay for what needs to be done and need help in finding what foundations can help, any philanthropists that want to help or Federal funding to help. 

Part of my situation can ba laid at my own feet, part family genetics and part my former lifestyle and work...I can take responsibility for my actions, or lack thereof. I simply need help to cure this problem. I know the solution, and it is full upper and lower plates.

Is there not anyone willing to help? 

The day before thanksgiving 2009 my trailer house burnt to the ground everything we owned was in there now I am living in another trailer house on the same property.  I am looking to rebuild on this property and was wanting to know what kind of help is out there for me.

my doctor wont see me until i pay him 1900 im in alot of pain and have been disabled for years i really need help before the 24th of this month dose anyone know who can help me in alaska

I have applied for alot of jobs and am waiting, we are homeless at this time and have no money or transportation.  have a 12 yr old son and 14 yr old daughter.  I guess I fell through the cracks and cant seem to get us out.  I could use some advise on how   to get bus fare to Seward AK so I can hurry the work apps. that are there.  We are staying with my brother at this time but they are going to work on the cruise lines and we really have to leave.  If anyone has any sugestions please write.   Thank you
